Woman’s Self Defense Class: This is a 90 minute class of basic self defense moves and ideas that could save your life. This class is geared toward women and girls above the age of 12.
Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for hands on training with a little bit of fun.
Large Groups: up to 90 minutes
•$15 per person (5 - 11 participants)
•$10 per person (12 + participants)
Small Groups: up to 60 minutes
•$25 per person for 2 participants
•$20 per person for 3-4 participants
•$1/minute for 1 participant
Girl Scout/Boy Scout Self Defense Class: This is a 60 minute class of basic Karate & self defense moves and ideas that can ward off bullies or save your life. This class is geared toward the age group.
Girl Scout/Boy Scout/Youth Group:
$60 for 1 hour, up to 10 participants $5 each additional participant
